Fla tem contratado caras nas areas que nao tah faltando, atacante e zaga. Posso entender se esses jogadores fossem nomes provados. Mas, realmente precisa apostar nessas areas? Acho que soh vai ser jogado no transito que jah existe. Fla tem um monte de jogadores no ataque que exibem as memsas caracteristicas, que rendem mais ou menos no mesmo nivel. Pq nao aposta em um garcom ou segundo volante?

I'm starting to lose belief in your front office. To many desperate and lame moves and complaining about money with 30 million plus fans. If they would of just signed difference makers the libertadores may be still in play and you wouldn't have a gigantic roster where most don't even make the bench or play.

 

The problem is the back debts and mandatory back payments. With accumulating interest those have grown to be insane monthly payments.

Plus there are no sure fire guys out there, that are would come for reasonable (just) transfer fees.

 

So you think there were no other options besides buying Elano, Mugni, Erazo, and Alecsandro? Not counting Leo, Feijao, Everton... They brought in plenty of players, they just missed with the scouting. It is hard for me to blame debt when you added a bunch of players this year. The front office could of paid better players instead of adding more average players to a gigantic squad filled with average players . If they are so broke why the gigantic squad? Why bring in so many players this window?

 

no to low transfer fees, and relatively low wages. Who could they have gotten without spending and taking big risks? They went hard after Elias, who was proven and a safe bet, but we all know how that worked out.

 

There are so many good 1st volante's in this lg at a cheap price that is inexcusable in itself. I saw Everton's and Leo's wages and I wouldn't call them relatively low or "depth" wages. Of course players will get paid more at Flamengo but shelling out wages for even more depth is a waste. Erazo and Mugni I would imagine had pretty decent transfer fees unless they were loaned out. Didn't you guys enter the libertadores with 40 plus players?

 

I'm content with Caceres and rotating the others at 1st volante

 

Erazo was a big mistake, but nowhere near the typical mistake ($) for Fla. I'm still waiting to judge Mugni, he looks to have the talent.

We are having a very hard time unloading all the dead weight of this team, even on loan. There are a ton of guys at the same level. Decent bench players for small Brasileirao level teams, and solid starters for the Serie B and state league teams, but for teams like Flamengo they are useless.
