I agree and I'm glad I was wrong about Flamengo not getting it done tonight - I'm glad Flamengo did it. Hope Flamengo defeats Leon.

Flamengo has the hardest first 5 to 7 rds in the brasileirao too, absolutely brutal.

 

I'm worried LM, AS, and Elano will do more harm than good tonight rushing back to play after being out so long. If it was 1 or 2, no prob. But having 3 guys rushed back could screw with the chemistry, not too mention have 3 guys on the field that are far from peak physical shape.

Even if Flamengo doesn't reach the round of 16, we're seeing tons of Raça Rubro-Negra tonight. I'm liking Paulinho and Gabriel, and Alecsandro... even though he scored a goal w/ Internacional against SPFC that helped eliminate my team back in 2010, I gotta say I respect the guy. His experience is valuable and he's showing guts out there. Quite the journeyman - Internacional & Atl.-MG.
