I thought we were the better team in the second half....We simply got caught by a poorly defended set piece.....
I think a draw would have been the fair result.

There are many things to blame on the coach if you carefully at the approach taken for this match. That the potential bailout was twice horribly wasted by Robben may be tragic, but I recall that LvG always got blamed for that Robben (or another individual player) saved this or that and that the coach is a complete "0". How does Heynckes do better then? :D

I am not BVB's biggest fan by any means, but I'm not liking some of the unnecessary bile being spewed here - particularly regarding their dire CL performance, which is pretty irrelevant now.

It's harsh. That should have been 1-1. But hats off to BVB, they probably deserved it overall and have done the business over us this season. Time to give this one up and concentrate on Real Madrid.

Yep, and Robben had a poor game.

Who wishes to bet we're going to lose the next close games: RM and the Pokal Finale?

Theres 4 games left and they are 6 points ahead, they're not gonna lose...

So forget the damn BL and focus on the CL...

This whole thing pisses me off, every win is some damn bolt of lightning bullshit...

It should've been a tie at home and it shouldve been a tie here, the soccer gods don't want it that way..

I agree, I pity the fools who think concentrating on Madrid will give them solace.

    Congratulations to BVB.

With LvG our defence was always in complete shambles with outscoring the opponent being our plan.

No one would say ur defence hasnt improved vs LvG's

LvG never faced a team as strong as BvB locally, Last season when BvB came to form similar to what they have now, They won the BL in January.

Easier to do it I guess when you don't have to worry about midweek CL I guess ;)

    Enjoy the BL

Exactly. Talk about immaturity and creating false vitriol.

Look at yourselves, not at the opponent. (this doesn't refer to you directly)

Alaba was excellent though. I'd say after Hummels he was by far the best on the pitch.

Please, what happens when we pull a Leverkusen? Losing all three competitions would be a tremendous excuse.

Good, exciting game. Bayern didn't seem to have the fire their pre-match talk implied they would have.

BvB was the better team - more chances and more periods of control during the match. The penalty was a little weak - the fall and the shot from Robben.

We at least deserved the point despite a not really convincing (once again) performance...

I would say Kehl was the best on the field.

Gomez and Olic barely tested Hummels.

It was the work put in by Kehl and Gundogan that killed that first half and saved BvB

Also needs to be said that Rib and Robben had atrocious games toay

sigh...wtf.. Robben chose to screw it all up in the most important game for the BL ever.

whatever...RM now. nothing more. let's go as far as we come and at least come home with 1 trophy out of the 2 still possible.

I'll say, though, some Dortmund players display some particularly classless behavior. WTF was that shit with Subotic screaming at Robben an inch away from his face? I would have punched him in the dick.

I know you're upset now which is understandable. But they were the better team in the first half and created the better goal scoring chances over 90 minutes, even if we stepped it up in the second. Sorry.

The goal was a bit fortuitous and a moment of individual ingenuity but they did create several good goal scoring chances, certainly more than we did, and overall they defended well. When it happens once or twice its ok but this is the 4th time they've done this to us. The last time a team beat us 4 times in a row was Rehhagel's Bremen in 91-93.

It's really sad and embarrassing but some people need something to latch onto in their rage.

One can easily say that Bayern didn't lose the title already today as Bayern managed to gather 7 defeats out of 30 matches which simply is way too much if you have strong competition. Just remember that Bayern dropped 6 points vs Gladbach alone and that is just a fraction. Disappointing today was again that there was hardly any tactical maturation in relation to the Bayern vs BVB matches. No matter what they do they win vs Bayern and Bayern still seems totally inept and clueless on how to beat them. Almost like Real can't win for their lives matches reliably vs Barca, Bayern can't make a dent into the BVB car since like almost an "eternity" and that sickens me.

Congratulations Dortmund, Deutscher Meister 2011/12. Entertaining game tonight. Anyone who thinks because we lost to Dortmund we have no chance against Madrid is an idiot. Dortmund are Bayern's "bogey" team lately, we just can't get the better of them no matter what. We'll still beat Madrid. I don't expect us to just not give a crap about league games now, but we can afford to rest a few players so that they're fresh for the CL games. Dortmund have won the league and might well win the DFB pokal, but we'll make sure they get a good look at the Champions League trophy with red and white ribbons on it.
