'Hustler' runs fake explicit photo of conservative journalist S.E. Cupp

It's amazing how when a liberal woman gets criticized, it becomes a national outcry... but conservative women can get attacked and it is okay.....

    pathetic Dems

I guess you must of missed Sandra's Flukes tweets supporting her. You know the same women that Rush attacked and the repugs had no problem with. In fact they supported him now that is disgusting.

This was almost as good as Baldwin's rant.

I guess Baldwin is unaware that K Street is alive and well under Obama's run. I guess he is unaware that just about all the tactical and policing efforts that the Bush Admin were criticized for, have been continued just under different names...

Who? Romney? Gingrich? Santorum? McCain? Boenhner? Rubio? Any top GOP member has any pull immediately condemned the choice of words...

What many were against was the possible censorship and termination....which I think you would too....nevermind... you would be okay censoring anything perceived right wing...

bullshit nobody said anything until they saw that the public was against Rush. Knowing the way you think I am sure that you had no problem with what Rush said.

one the things that Obama is not doing and gets me very angry, seriously, is that he does not go out and denounce these lies, the very lies that the repugs keep spewing. the ones that are very blatant, for example, the ones even debunked in the previous iteration of this thread, is that the tax cuts create jobs. it is obvious and clear that the tax cuts have not, and will not create or decrease unemployment. with the same tax cuts, the deficit has increased and have not and have proven that it will not create jobs.

just look at the past 11 years. those tax cuts don't and will never work. and further tax cuts for the rich will not do it either. Obama is not being more forceful in putting these blatant lies out there. it pisses me off!!!!!!!!!! yes their strategy about fairness, I can see they want to play into the sympathy factor, but fack man, that shit is not gonna work. just use mere facts that are out there. like in this previous thread. tell the gringos the facts. the facts are, these bush tax cuts not only have they not created jobs, but actually cost jobs.

these bush tax cuts are really what is putting gringolandia in danger today.

Like it or not, some of those bullet points actually do discourage employers from hiring additional workforce.

I have colleagues that have been paying extended unemployment bennies for over 2 years for personnel that have not worked with their companies. In some cases, had rock solid reasons for termination (excessive absence, low productivity, failed drug test, not following safety rules) and the hearing went against the employer.

Let's face it, one if the reasons businesses outsource and/or subcontract out duties that were considered in-house is because they don't want to deal with employees any more. Sure, it is easy to say they do it because they want to increase their profit margins, but for generic small to medium size business, they do it to avoid legal hassle and they actually reduce their profit margins because they are paying a premium when they transfer (clerical, administrative, etc) duties out.

Employment terms is a tricky animal. I understand that on the surface, clarity is a virtue. It is nice to know the terms and duties of one's employment.... but for the sake of argument assume you are the employer, you pursue a contract where you are to install fencing along a highway and the contract stipulates what you have to pay in salaries and what their duties are..... it states that the laborer can only dig holes (and nothing else) and you have to pay him 27.50/hr. It states the installer/carpenter has to be paid $35/hr. So, after the holes are dug, 27.50 are being paid out for him to stand and watc and its not like you can tell him to go home.....as the employer you can not tell him to pick up trash, sweep, get tools, etc. Now, assume this is a union job where the rates are more and the employment terms are a lot more detailed. How much do you think the price of this job rises to? Every contractor bidding is taking that into consideration and elevating their cost to offset inefficiencies amonsgt the workforce. Ultimately, it is the tax payer that is paying for this work but at a super elevated cost.....

Thomas Sowell has some very good insight into some of the drawbacks of having a mandatory minimum wage. If you read any of his books, some of his arguments are very compelling and makes his arguments with fact based logic. Granted, he is a discredited uncle tom that should be outcast because falling out of rank. Sowell use to be a hard core leftist socialist (black power and the whole nine yds) and as he grew older he started going more towards the right.... when asked why.... his response was he ended up working for the government and saw just how inefficient it is...
