I don't understand why Barcelona doesn't what to pay up for Felipe Luis, maybe because Madrid F*** up the market.

I mean Lendoiro isn't going to let him go for the right price, €12 mill + 1 or 2 loans or €15 million.

barcelona have signed maxwell from inter. low price. should help their paper thin defense. now they still need a central defensive mid and another striker.

I'm not big on the whole catalan crap either. I like the football and that's it. Maxwell is coming on as a replacement for Sylvinho.

Pep wants Chygrinkski (or however you spell it) from Shitktar D. as a backup (replacement for Caceres who he doesn't care much for).

I think that being Catalan is what makes Barca different but they take that shit too far sometimes.

not a good move, I feel that Barca gave in to the pressure of making a big summer transfer... and they traded one of their best clutch players for a guy that never shows up in those moments.

i was hoping they could keep eto'o regardess of who they signed but i suppose not. i think ibra will succeed in barca though. now they just need masch...

 

I personally think it's a bad move that had to be made. Especially with the drama surrounding the Villa matter.

I just think it doesn't make financial sense.

 

Ibra is class though... let's hope he can maintain the work rate that Eto'o has.

 

I wonder why Barça was so eager to get rid of Eto'o, I know he had a dry spell near the end of the season but he made up for it vs ManUre and was almost the pichichi. I like Zlatan but there's a chance he might disrupt the chemistry, not that Eto'o didn't have an ego himself.

If it ain't broke don't fix it, I know Real Madrid has everyone's panties in a bunch but I think Barça with a couple of signings would compete just fine with them, not by swapping one good striker for another though.

 

There is no way that Ibra is worth 45 million more that Eto + a loan. Zatlan is only one year younger that Eto, doesn't make sense.
They should have sold Eto to Man City or Man utd for about 30-35 million and then tried to negotiate with Inter for a better price.
