Brazilian Reinaldo to play for Australia Brazilian Striker Reinaldo who plays for australian team Queensland is willing to play for Australia http://www.goal.com/en/Articolo.aspx?ContenutoId=478923
Re: Brazilian Reinaldo to play for Australia I am getting real sick of this trend of brazilians playing on other teams.
Re: Brazilian striker Mota to play for Korea here are some clips of him http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Hvc_3ahAfQ
Re: Brazilian Reinaldo to play for Australia Just to answer the general question of "Do we know how is he doing or do we know him?", the answer is going to be no. Most of these players came from third division teams (if even that) and left the country unnoticed. The only players we'd know about are the ones having success in a big European leagues, like Deco, Pepe, etc. EDIT: I merged all the threads that relates to Brazilians playing for other nations. soccer krazy, feel free to bump up other threads related to this so I can merge them to the topic as well. Also, post any new news in this thread. Thanks.
Re: Brazilian Reinaldo to play for Australia a friend of mine just pointed out to me that Mazinho's son is playing on the Spanish youth team. WTF? what kind of crap is this. Thiago Alcántara...
FIFA President Sepp Blatter just issued the most bizzare warning I have ever seen about Brazilians on other teams: Blatter warns of risk that Brazilians will dominate all national teams He says that "If we don't take care about the invaders from Brazil, not only toward Europe but toward Asia and Africa, then the next World Cups in 2014 and 2018 out of the 32 teams - you will still have national teams - but we will have 16 full of Brazilian players," "It is a danger, a real, real danger." http://canadianpress.google.com/article/ALeqM5gUk4006TsWGMG7iUNNjc2Ei0n1RQ Insane! Think about it- 16 Brazilian teams against 16 non-Brazilian teams! This would happen in a free labor market uunder current rules! I really wouldn't mind it, as long as the US gets to be one of the Brazilian teams!
