    Stilic i Rundevs potopili Belchatow

    ---

Stila with 2 assits today. The man is really outgrowing the Polish league.

    Brilliant post Emilozz, love it.

    Brilliant goal by Bukva.
    Brilliant goal by Salihovic.
Brilliant assists from Pjanic & Misimovic.
Brilliant involvement in 3 goals from Dzeko.
Brilliant game by Stilic, 2 assists.

I love the sudden turn of luck our players are having. Would've been great if Bicakcic, Papac, and some others didn't get injured.

Don't talk about our luck, EVER. It can change dramatically if you speak of it.

    [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3wKHXGLZ-kg"]GKS Be?chatów 0-3 Lech Pozna? [First Goal Artiom Rudnevs] - YouTube[/ame]

    Even better!:

    [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=duss0TDsRzg"]GKS Be?chatów 0-3 Lech Pozna? [Second Goal Artiom Rudnevs] - YouTube[/ame]

    That's 3 games, 1 goal, 4 assists from Stilic.

Beautiful goal, and 4 beautiful assists... no bullshit.

WTF is the Bundesliga taking so long? IDIOTS!

Guys, we actually have stars in the strongest league in the world.

Asmir Begovic is one of the best goalkeepers in the league, while Edin Dzeko is one of the best forwards.

Both made a brilliant debut to the 11/12 season.

The form our national team players are showing is making me 500% confident that we'll be watching Bosnia at Euro 2012 at the end of the season.

question is would you compare dzeko to be on the level of messi, or begovic on the level of 90's oliver kahn

    No and maybe.

Messi is the best player in the history of the game - no one can be compared to him lol. Kahn at Begovic's age was about as good as Begovic now.

    Hell no and no.

ZF, you wouldn't even compare Maradona, Pele, Garrincha, Zidane, etc. to Messi? He is definetly one of the best, but not the best yet. Still a long career ahead of him though to prove that he is.

Kahn was amazing, Begovic could be too but he still has alot more to prove to be compared to Kahn in my opinion.

He asked me about Kahn of the 90s.. when he was around Begovic's age. When Kahn was 23 years old, he wasn't any better than 23 year old Begovic. Begovic still has a solid 15 years ahead of him & he's already one of the best keepers in the EPL. Progress can take you a long way, and it could be hindered in many ways, so Begovic may never reach Kahn's level, but he has a chance!

Kahn's a legend though & one of my favorite players.

Agreed, he does have a chance. Hopefully he moves to a Champions League-regular club in the future so we can really see what he is made of.

Michel Vorm and Asmir Begovic have to have been better options for Manchester United than de Gea. Why not just buy Bego who has been in England his whole career and a proven talent in the Premiership rather than buy someone who, undoubtedly has major quality in him, needs to get used to a new league and may make the occasional blunder early on in his United career?

Plus Begovic was incredibly cheap over the summer, he's 10x cheaper than he should be.

If clubs want to go out and buy quality players that happen to be 10x cheaper than their Brazilian counterparts, they should go for Bosnians.

You have Semir Stilic who if Brazilian would cost you around 10 million lol. Then there's Begovic, Spahic, Salihovic, and many other incredibly underrated players.

Because sometimes its also about shirt sales. De Gea is a flashy, well known signing which is sexy for Man Utd. fans. Begovic is still somewhat under the radar despite his skill.

Was Petr Cech a well known signing when he came to Chelsea or Shay Given when he came to Manchester City?

    No.

So your point is? I was saying thats why United signed De Gea.

Cech and Given weren't well known and didn't sell shirts when they came to their respective clubs, but both immediately became some of the best goalkeepers in the Premiership as soon as they arrived. Why couldn't Begovic do the same at United, especially since he's an established goaltender in the league unlike de Gea?

I just told you. It was a mistake not to buy Begovic, I agree with you, but the higher ups wanted increased revenue from shirt sales, as well as to placate the fans for not making even a bigger splash in the transfermarket.
