Looks like he got it for chatting back to the ref too much after he didn't call a foul by Valeri
Stupid reason to get a red for an experienced player!

Big crowd on hand... Funny a boca fan like ASF would complain about the ref... I'm still trying to remember the last time there was a penalty called against your team...

The standard of refereeing in the primera is awful, irrespective of which team

I can't remember the last time Boca got a penalty, frankly.

But Pezzotta completely lost control of this match and ruined a very good match with the needless red card.

Boca got a penalty against godoy cruz in the apertura. don't pretend like you don't remember. its no big deal, but don't act like the world is against you.

I don't think the world was against us, but it is against CASLA... but they are the people who opened this saga over 30 years ago... thanks to them we went to the b... CASLA you are the first to go down. I was in San Telmo today at the market and they had little models of the Copa Libertadores for sale... they had some for River, Boca, Naciomal, Penadoy, Inter, Santos, etc.... all had the year you wanted... so for santos you could buy 62, 63, or 2010... then randomly NO KIDDING... there was one with the CASLA badge!!!!!! I think what often ends up happening is that refs are so aware of the cliche that they favor the big teams, that they end up feeling pressure to go in the opposite direction.

Last november? That sounds about right. I think Schiavi took it. Since then we didn't get any, even though there were several questionable non-calls.

But I think in general Argentine refs are reluctant to call penalties and they miss more than they call.

Well, another good performance by roman spoilt by sloppy defending. But probably a good game for the neutral, anyone could have won it.

Still dont think we are playing to silvas strengths, there was one move near the end where we played it through the middle, passed to silva and he turned quickly and shot. It was blocked and went for a throw, but thats the kind of thing we need to feed him, he hasnt really had any service at all so far.

Game died out after Clemente's red card. Both teams seemed to settle for a draw after that.
Things have switched round we look good going forward but very shaky in defence.Tbh Schiavi looks like playing so regularly at his age is catching up with him.

I think he is still doing too much work outside the box I appreciate his workrate but think he would do more damage if he just hung around near the box.
