I think it was more like "Oh...$#!t....They still won. What's the weather in Houston look like? Oh. Uhhhhh...what else can we do?"

Who in the WORLD is acting like a victim?

We get it -- you don't like people here. But quit projecting your dislike onto what people are actually saying/doing. That's trolling (which presumably is how you picked up your yellow).

Half of your fan base trying to justify Najar's actions. All of you should be wanting to punch the guy. End of story.

Yep, officials are protected. It is a known quantity, have to move on and plan without him.

For a second, I was all like "WTF did I do?" But then I realized it's probably an idiot I ignored.

I have seen exactly no one *justify* what he did. Some people have questioned whether there was malice behind it; but nobody is jutifying it.

    This post confirms you're trolling.

Whatever floats your boat. I don't care, but you are going to get zero sympathy for Najar's action and you should be lucky he might be available come Dec 1. I am pretty sure no one would have batted an eye if they told him to take a vacation and come back in March 2013.

What I like about the new ignore list is not only do you not see the poster you ignore, you also don't see any posts that are "quoted." Much better than the old ignore list.

People have to work to get on my ignore list; and on the possibility that my mood has as much to do with their making me p.o.'d as their actions, I clear them all out once a year. A few keep making it back, though.

Again, NOBODY is asking for any sympathy. You're railing about something that doesn't exist.

I swear, if you had one neuron, you'd have a synapse.

Yeah, I do the same thing, which is why I'm pretty sure it's NC Soccer whatever.

And I know it's an ignore list thing since there's a "show ignored content" button on this page.

See? That's veritable Internet sainthood right there.

I go by the three strikes rule. Some of them just manage to fit all three in one post. :D

MAYBE a large smidge. Perhaps 1.25smidges, which, if I remember my metric correctly, is equal to .75 tads. Imperial measure is so confusing at times.

I'm in a good mood now. Normally I'd tolerate the posts for awhile, maybe get into a flame war. But why make work for the moderators? The ignore list is easier for all.

Yes, but he plays for LA. Beckham got one game for kicking a ball into an injured player on the ground, and a ref. Things are different for them.

Just watched the video of what Najar did. Seriously, WTF was he thinking? Maruffo was reaching for the yellow (completely justified) and while he was doing so Andy threw the ball at him.

I also watched the Magee video. To me it appears that he was tossing it over the goal line to waste time, and the ball did not hit the ref. Yellow was the correct call for Magee. Red was the correct call for Najar.

I would have thought one extra game for Najar, but two is not out of line.

Bottom line - don't ever make any kind of physical contact with the ref, including throwing or kicking the ball at him.
