I guess Svraka scoring alot of goals in a few weeks was the only thing that did it for him really. A DM who scores a bunch of goals, Susic probably thought that was we needed. What a clueless manager we have.

No, I'm not saying Svraka's callup is unjustified (he probably deserves it, he's one of the best defensive mids in our league.) but I'm more curious about why Susic decides to call him up now when he wasn't even on his radar before. He gets a callup after scoring multiple goals in a few weeks last month but wasn't even mentioned before by Safet or anyone in the management before that scoring run. That's what I don't get, does he even scout these players or does he just go by what he hears and reads? Trust me, I know Svraka is a good player who probably deserves a shot at the national team, but the way this all happend makes me all the more curious about Susic.
Simple really. Rahimic is old and will be gone soon. Medu besides the fact he's playing out of his natural position(and doesn't even play well there) he doesn't have a team right now. Zahirovic's team went to 2nd league after being relegated. Also when we fix our back 4, that's our other weakest area. We need to try new players who aren't so old and are playing regularly for fairly decent clubs.
Cocalic, Hadzic, and Besic are more well known solutions to that defensive midfield spot and they play with better competition than Svraka does. I would get why Svraka was called if it was the reason that you are stating, but I just have the feeling that Susic called him mainly because of his crazy goal spell last month.
