Hey Guys! I can't find a thread about football boots so if you guys don't mind, I decided to make one! I am looking for my first football boot and I was thinking of buying the adidas f50 because I like the design and I heard some good reviews on it. What do you guys think? Do you think this is a good football boot or are there better football boots. Thanks! fyi I play on artificial field
depends what you wanna do. typically boots come in different models kinda like cars with a low end (around $60 US) and high end ($200+ US). so thats one thing to consider. also another big thing is the material typically boots come in kangaroo leather like a nike tiempo, puma king, adidas adipure or synthetic like a nike vapor, adidas f50, etc. also since you play on artificial turf you could get turf boots if you wanted they just have different studs but it doesnt matter i think. typically if you play a lot you will need to get new pair every other year unless the studs are interchangeable. so feel free to explore my personal boot history has been adidas predators, puma v1.06, lotto zhero gravity, nike tiempo legends, nike ctr 360
Always found it interesting to see cleats in such vibrant colors which never match any kits. Jordan paid big bucks for wearing his revolutionary red shoes, imagine if FIFA implemented such a rule.

unveiled tomorrow but leaks have been out apparently.. design-wise, i like adidas' new releases more. #screwnike
Wore Copas mostly when I used to play a lot. Only play once a week now, but I recommend Lotto Stadio Potenza, Mizuno Morelia and DiadoraDD Eleven (make sure to buy a full size down). All fit like a glove and feel like slippers. None of them will provide any "help" though, but I prefer feel over synthetic leather offerings. That being said, I don't think there is any "best". Just find a pair that you like and are comfortable for you. If you want bang for the buck, try the Nike Premier. Got a pair the other day for practise. $80. Superb quality of leather, fit and feel. I have used them for matches lately.
