In a one off game, anything can happen. home court advantage can be easily mitigated by an injury or foul trouble.

This guy should be available once I'm knocked out of the B3. He decent enough for ya? He'll probably have a pop or two more by the time I get bounced.

He's pretty close to popping in proficient outside D, which will probably push him over the 20K salary mark.

No offense, but it looks like your best guard is at 7K salary, right? How is he not that much better?

That is true, cant base everything on salary though. He is more balanced than the ones i have but i got mine (Gres & Stori) to play a role. I think your blokes rebounding & ID are pushing the salary up a bit as well. Too bad he wasnt born with any IS or i would buy him from you & train him inside for a bit.

Look at my team, Nicolino is paid the most but isnt the best (you will have to take my word for that because i am not listing my players here)

Yeah, same here. My two highest salaries are Harrell and Garvez and...nevermind, they are awesome :)

Most of my guys are very well rounded and have salaries that are fairly even, but depending on the tactics I use, lower salaried guys sometimes can out perform higher salaried guys.

Hell, I still get more out of Tiernan than some do out of guys with nearly triple his salary.

I see no harm in it, it's not like anyone will change their tactics to stop great players. If guys have a fatal flaw it is usually apparent in the stats anyway.

If I'm giving anything away by posting this guy that you can take advantage of - then more power to you. He will not be available any time soon :) :

Jump Shot: sensational Jump Range: proficient
    Outside Def.: strong Handling: proficient
    Driving: prominent Passing: mediocre
Inside Shot: awful Inside Def.: mediocre
    Rebounding: inept Shot Blocking: awful
    Stamina: mediocre Free Throw: strong

Does no one train outside defense? It's almost impossible to find a guard with any higher than strong and the few random prominents floating around out there all have virtually no side stats.

I would love to have a prolific OD, respectable JS, average JR guard. Yet, none seem to be available.

    Oops, DiStefano.

The closest that I have to that is this guy, Conte.

Jump Shot: proficient Jump Range: strong
    Outside Def.: prominent Handling: respectable
    Driving: mediocre Passing: average
Inside Shot: average Inside Def.: mediocre
    Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: atrocious
    Stamina: mediocre Free Throw: average

I guess I just want Bruce Bowen to play for my team.

I want a lock-down defender to shut down those silly motion and run and gun teams who rely too heavily on one guard.
