nah bro it's usually been a sub18 or sub 19 for the past few years. Last year was an exception and they made it u-20 b/c they wanted the guys playing the U-20 world cup to get playing time in their club teams. This year it's sub 19 as it usually has been but it's normal to see a 16, 17, or 18 year old start lately. Edsons 20, so the majority of the guys that played the last U-20 WC. A few are still 19 now and might make that cut but theres probably just a handful of those. In 2010 it was U-19 and in 2011 they made it U-20 so the SAME generation (age group) of players could get playing time. That's why people said the U-19 that would have had playing time last year was basically never seen. b/c that age group was "skipped" if you get what im saying. The juveniles of 2010 were eligible to play 2 years in a row b/c of the adjustment the FEF did just for last year.
I doubt it. Current management is just lacking in the patience department. Which is sad, because Barcelona was really starting to have an upside...unfortunately this brings them back to square one, and it'll easily take them several months to get back on track before even starting to restructure the team, etc. But best of luck to Costas...he really is a good coach.
This guy will be gone in 4 months for some stupid shit like not getting paid. 20 managers in like 3 years, not even Avramovich does that shit.
We are going to be close and lose this round by 3pts or something. Then he'll get rid of Luguercio and Borghello. Bring some other tools that won't do shit and lose the other round too and get fired in December. Same shit, different year. I'm tired of it.
Well honestly theres no need to restructure. It's actually been restructured and still undergoing it. Thats what Zubeldia has done in his 8 months there. Name one of those young kid that got consistent playing time before he got there? not a single one. You'd probably see a juvenil pop up randomly and disappear by the next week or two and never hear about them again. When Zubeldia came in he focused on the youth divisions and then when this season started Barcelona signed freakin Erazo, Campos, Jose Ayovi, Amaya, Luguercio, Edson Montano, MJ Quinonez, etc. ADDED ON to what they already had such as Matamoros, and the good material they have in youth divisons now. Dude was reviving that place if you think about it. Go back a year ago and Barcelona didnt have 1/3 of the quality they have now (player by player). Costas is getting everything handed straight to him easily. Any success he achieves (if hes actually there long enough) should be credited to Zubeldia. That was possibly the best coach Barcelona has had in a long ass time.
Very true, but I was more intending to reference to any new coach coming in and wanting to change some pieces around by bringing in his own guys.
como definen uds a zubeldia? cual fue la bronca con los directivos, que lograron renuncia del joven argentino? ayer firmo con racing de avellaneda - para reemplazar al coco basile (un ciclo sin disciplina y primadonas que no pudo contralorar)
Whatever BSC achieves this year should be credited to Luis Zubeldia, I will always be grateful because I feel he gave Barcelona an identity again, we are 1 point away from the top but we are easily the team with the hardest remaining schedule, El clasico, Loja and Cuenca all away? dude, it's a nightmare, I readthat BSC will go on ahead and use their purchasing righs towards Carlos Grueso, I just hope I dont see him playing at El Nacional in a year from now because a new coach didn't like him, either way, I like how we are playing, Erazo and Campos are doing much better, Banguera is back, MJQ, Grueso, Ayovi have been awesome for us, Kuky and Mina doing their job, guys we need this clasico tho.
Right now they are showing Futbol Expediente Olimpia Campeon Copa Lib 90. Frigging joke. If I ever see loustau, i will punch that guy in the mouth. A bunch of crooks!!
