No, not at all. Actually, what he says is that he is confused because they always use the same actor to portray the players he's naming. He then "realizes"/thinks he must be one of the Three Kings - el rei negre (Balthasar) bringing gifts. When he opens the sac and sees the "toys", he is excited (especially the Benny Hill dvd set) but is surprised because he already has those things. They are the gifts he asked for last year in his letter (equivalent to Santa's letter) - it must have gotten lost . No problem, take them back and he'll write another one...
