yeah ,lets hope this is just the basic functions in place .
right now its a massive downgrade on the previous site .
We'll see... All I know is that I don't like it at all.. Like you said, it needs some color enhancing
the previous software they had ,was used since the beginning of the site years ago. Changing it could be a big risk.
The success of the site was based on that layout and style of posting . Other sites have faded away and not been as successful .
Yeah, it appears they are trying to go for a Facebook/Twitter style that is the trend these days..
the new style of posting is purely to save their servers.
before when you did a reply you go to a new page to write it .Now you just write it out here ,below the thread.
looks tacky to me .
Though hopefully this is just the basic bare bones features that are up..

abit of calf work..
it might be May ,but the weather is still strictly january level.
cuttin up the ol' calfs eh... I like that machine where you sit down, place your knees under the padded raise, and with your feet on the platform, raise your knees up and down.. You lift free weights that are stacked on

my gym doesnt have one of those.
still has the same equipment from all the 5 years I have been there..
but its still the best gym in the area .
calfs are the hardest muscle to improve because they dont seem to react as easier as other muscles.
Shame.. If you had one of those machines, you would see results quickly...
the machines they have just dont get the job done for calves .
that would be a key muscle for a firefighter like you..
climbing ladders carrying heavy objects and gear..
