We all know that Prandelli has made it clear that in order for Mario to be called up,he has to change his attitude and be more mature, yet it seems like every other day Balo makes headlines for all the wrong reasons. Do you think he will make the list? I wouldn't be surprised if Prandelli left him behind, and without him i think we are just a mediocre team, that will make it to the semis if lucky.
goal.com has been writing daily articles on Balotelli behavior. City's coach has come out and said he's tired of Balotelli, and City may sell him in the summer. I have a feeling Prandelli will keep him out of the Euro
Having that type of player in a NT squad that is supposed to be 100% about unity and togetherness would be absolutely toxic. Does anyone know if he sees a psychiatrist? I'm honestly interested. It is very evident he has serious mental issues he needs to deal with/have treated if he is to continue playing.
I've only seen him play on the NT during the friendlies and qualifiers, and noticed he doesn't play with everyone. He's very selfish and doesn't like to pass, reminds me of a younger Cristiano Ronaldo. I don't think he has a mental problem he just needs to grow up, he's very immature
Balotelli has issues, no doubt. I'm sure being abandoned by his parents, adopted by a rich Italian family who has also fueled more hatred towards his biological parents plays a deep rooted role in a lot of his behavioral problems. I agree he needs to see a psychiatrist, firstly and above and beyond football, he surely would have to resolve the anger he has towards his biological parents to have any semblance of psychological peace in his personal life. That would obviously translate to a better mental game in sport. Aside from that, he's a phenom. He hasn't acted out in any of the Italian international games he's played in. He could be a trump card for Prandelli in a short period of time. My final verdict: BRING HIM!
he should come and be benched if he's acting up. you cant afford to sit out such a good player. Lippi already made that mistake
Italy boss Prandelli forgives Balotelli http://www.football-italia.net/17537/italy-boss-prandelli-forgives-balotelli Bravo Prandelli for not buying into the bull that comes out of the UK.
The guy is the most dynamic forward Italy has. If Prandelli leaves him at home this summer Italy has no fire power up top. Cassano will be there to facilitate, but Balotelli needs to be the #9 that scores our goals. It's good to hear Rossi is back training again because he will be vital off the bench.
will balotelli become a great player? according to this article he has few chances of making it: https://myaccount.nytimes.com/auth/...-superior-brain-function.html&OQ=Q5fQ72Q3dQ31 http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2012/04/120405092919.htm
Can you sense what it means to live with Balotelli next door (or worse) for more than 4 weeks and what that fact can do to a team?
He's a head case no doubt, but Man City was a better team today when he came on the pitch against QPR with the title on the line. It's no coincidence he had the winning assist on a beautiful pass while on the ground. As a player, Balotelli has "it"...that unique quality of being able to raise his game to another level. The problem is that he is too easily antagonized. I'd still bring him to the Euros because I think he could be a useful super-sub when we need a goal.
Looking at the list of strikers if he dont start Italy have no chance. You dont keep your best player on the bench.
he will come but fear trappatoni who knows italy's weaknesses...i expect him to try to piss mario off somehow so he'd get a red card in the last important game of group stages

Lol that is awesome, if it was not for Mancini and Balo, i would have never watched an Epl game. Is that against ManUre? looks like i t..
I want to see Balo out there... but I will be so pissed at him if he loses his cool/costs the Azzurri by getting too many cards. If he could keep his cool, no stopping him in Euro.
