Brazil more than Argentina but yes, although it's not enough "decent" players missing that they should look this bad. The idea is to use the current squads to qualify for the WC and then bringing in the "heavy hitters" European clubs were reluctant to release. At this rate they might all be getting the summer off though...both teams have been subpar.
