Disclosure for cules and cules-in-hiding: I think Messi is a sick, sick player (and by sick I'm not referring to a lifetime of steroids).. but there is a group around him that is outstanding.

The closet cules are gonna talk amongst themselves about how Xavi and Iniesta don't actually provide many assists for Messi. Which is technically true - they just provide the pinpoint ball though to Alves to cut back and give Messi the tap-in.

Alves has provided just 5 assists this season, just one of them has been for a Messi goal. Although even I'm surprised at that fact, seeing as how it used to be different in previous seasons.

Most Messi goals that get assisted are either by Iniesta or Cesc really. And by assist, I mean feeding the ball to him in a dangerous area within 25 yards from goal. Him picking the ball up deep and going on a mazy run where he goes on to score, he practically assists himself on those.

Been rumours here recently but my reliable source tells me that we have actually now made a bid for Tom Ince. no idea how much but it would probably be in the £6M-£8M bracket.

Would be a brilliant signing and lots of money for us. Our record signing is £2.5M! :ROFLMAO:

    Drogba joining Galatasaray is extraordinary

With some luck in the next rounds, they can reach to the semi finals
I think Terim is going to play with this formation: 4-2-3-1

    Eboue - Semih - Dany - Riera
    Selcuk - Yekta/Melo
    Amrabat - Sneijder - Hamit
    Drogba/Burak

Drogba in the CL, Umut and Burak in the Super Lig, Im excited.
If Galatasaray wins the CL, I will give everyone a signed shirt of Drogba to everyone :D
    Quote me on that.

Even if they have all the facts and could pin them, it won't come to anything. All will get away scar free and nothing will be changed or done in the end.

It was off a long time ago, when they tried to effectively get him on a free or on the cheap.

Kaka isn't going anywhere now imo, even Anzhi came out today and said they aren't interested.

This really isn't news, the only thing newsworthy would be if they have undeniable proof. It's the same with the Olympic venue: "there are only 2 countries left, let's take a break for an hour for more backroom deali....for a bathroom break and we'll be right back". This didn't start with Qatar either, it's just that choosing Qatar makes it so focking obvious. The WC would possibly be needed to move to december to be able to play there, says it all really.

He damn well better, or his name gets crossed off every possible Madrid signing list from now to beyond.

    Jesus, City's defense looks horrible.
