Fair play Athletic, they truly outplayed United over two legs, hope they win the whole thing now. Hats off to the fans too, they seemed to create a great atmosphere at both games and the standing ovation for Giggs and then applauding Rooney’s goal was very classy.

I have been so impressed with Bilbao this year, and have always deeply admired the cantera. I'm a Bayern fan, but I think there's room in my heart for Athletic Bilbao as the first club to support from another country. I'm not Basque, and I know that I won't be much of a fan for maybe 10 years, but I think I'm going to start supporting your great club if you'll have me.

terrible terrible loss to Sporting Lisboa... terrible defense. Diego Capel ripped us to shreds..and we're fortunate to leave Lisbon with only a 1 goal deficit, but now we comeback to San Mames, el Catedral de La Liga. Bilbao gonna be motivated and ready to try and see off Sporting. Iker Munain gonna be ready to go and Javi Martinez set to play. Can't wait.
