You are absolutely right & we use the term Gaffer loosely speaking in his case, In my book the term Gaffer is used with some respect for a GAFFER that has a love of the Club/Team....he is just an overpaid Manager who has done Bugga All since he plonked his arse in the GAFFERS chair! He has done NOTHING 2 foster a good relationship with the fans, Has no passion & No oomph! & No MANAGEMENT SKILLS &&& while Im on a rant the Chairman is no better! Stuck in a time warp!
