1 point is no good to us we must win at least 2 of the remaining games. I don't fancy our chances against Braga, but the others we should be able to get a win against. I have no finger nails left now.
I am a type of person that does not blame the officials for a scoreline, However after yesterdays game i am begining to change my mind. I have not scene a more blantantly con job than that game, I am just not convinced that the officials were tring to help Naval as they were trying to screw Academica.
There seem to be quite a few conspiracy theories going around. The most common is that some people don't want 4 northern clubs going down and Academica is an easy scapegoat, also that the ref is related to directors of another club in or close to the relegation zone. I agree though that it does look suspicious.
The linesman that basically caused all the "problems" belongs to the footbal association of Braga or Porto, where coincidently the teams that may go down are from. Ie: Pacos ferreira, Gil VIcente, V. Guimaraes and Rio Ave.
there is another thing that I find Odd. and that is there is a four way tie tor the last position to go down (#15)right now the #15 is occupied by Academica in every list that I have come across including the leagues, however Academica has a better goal record against Pacos Ferreira. We Academica lost to Pacos ferreira 2-1 in their home, but we beat them 3-0 at home therefore we have a 4-2 goal advantage with 1 away goal to htier 0 away goal yet the are ahead of Academica. ----------------W-T-L----GF-GA-P 12.
