Thanks old friend! It's amazing how despite all the derpressing performances and results of the NT we Saudi fans still keep coming back. The thing is, there is nothing to be optimistic about! The same decades old problems are still with us and will never go away. Just a couple of weeks ago both the NT's and Hilal's coaches (other clubs have done this earlier and others will do it soon) were sacked and coaches that play with different formations/styles were hired. Yet we keep hoping....

I believe that the best 3rd place team will come out of the Group of Saudi Arabia, Iraq, China & Indonesia cause the 1st Round of matches in this group today have been very tight ... Though China lost against Saudi Arabia but China had many good opportunities to score and China also hit the cross-bar in the 1st half... It's a sigh of relief to see that Saudi Arabia finally broke its bad patch and finally scored and won a match in any official competitive fixture and against one of the finest team of Asia. I hope this is a new beginning for Saudi Arabia.
