a fire tore through ashton lane yesterday damaging the cul-de-sac and possibly other areas as well. the fire started at midday in the cul-de-sacs kitchen area supposedly. i was in ashton lane just last week after having been in jinty's and brel. was supposed to be going out there for a drink tomorrow as well. http://www.list.co.uk/article/6621-ashton-lane-fire-damages-historic-venues/ it says the ubiquitos chip has re-opened and i suppose the little chip but everything else is still closed pending an investigation.
