    off the purple line
Since the quote is attributed to his agent, there's going to be some truth to it, but Liverpool is loaded with defenders. I wouldn't put much faith in this since strikers will be Liverpool's priority when the transfer window opens. That doesn't mean other English sides won't show interest but Mexes will be better off staying in Rome. Is he unhappy in Rome? Take care.

Rumours about Roma are interest ->Turkish giant Galatasaray midfield Hasan Sas .

He was the key player at WC2002 Finals at Japan/Korea.

And, at the moment this season he played tremendus performance in the Super League games.. he is in the first position on Asist Ranking..

there are few more clubs who are interest on Him..

Serie A move could be good choice for him.and for Roma.

    Roma assess midfield options

Wouldn't mind getting Pizarro (Inter), but I was never really fond of Appiah, although he is a good player. Roma definitely need to strengthen their midfield a little, but I would rather go for a good foward. Montella is getting old and is injured, Nonda hasn't shown much and is injured, Okaka has promise but is still pretty young, and we really don't have any true forwards.

Tavano would be a nice pick up however. But there aren't any reports that Roma are interested.

I'm all for strengthening the midfield but, wouldn't a true/pure striker be the top priority?

What about David Suazo, ive heard the AS ROMA has been interested in him for a while but the team owner has never been interested in selling him. I think after this season they will offer him money he cant turn down though. I think he would fit great into this team. With Totti and Suazo it would be like picking your poison. Id love to seem him in AS ROMA also

Oh yeah JUVENTUS is going to make a run at him apparently so it will be a matter of whos willing to outbid them basically. For the moment the 2 teams that will make a run for him will be JUVENTUS and MANCHESTER UNITED.
