Not a fan of the new kits...the home/3rd jersey are pretty good, but the away kit is brutal. What's up with that GialloRosso bar going across the chest?? Looks very awkward and old fashioned.

And why isn't the away jersey v-neck? Unless, the way it's positioned.

On a side note, I would give anything for Roma to go back to actual red and yellow like they had in the 80s

The away one sticks out like a sore thumb...not even v-neck.

im a bit dissappointed with these, to me they look like t-shirts. personally i miss the jersey from the year before kappa took over, our chest in the upper middle and "one of eleven" written across the back collar.

I'm glad I picked up this year's 3rd kit and won't be disappointed with passing up on these. How can you use the old lupo logo when no one from outside of Rome will understand it? Sure, if you're in Testaccio you see it everyday, but other than that, unlikely.

The Diadora jersey was nice, but the material on the Kappa ones are so much better. They breathe easier and don't turn into sponges after sweating.

Wearing polyester is very difficult for perspiration. They do not breathe at all...it's not recommended to wear any type of polyester in the presence of women!!! lol

I love the old logo on the 3rd kit. If I ran the club the black kit would have it permanently. I'd also plaster it all over t-shirts and training gear.

I like the away kit. Similar to our current away shirt

never mind found the pics here. http://www.asroma.it/NewsDoc.aspx?Categoria=ITPrimoPiano&Documento=10349

these jersey would look great if it came simple; without the ugly wind sponsor. for all three of them. and the 2 stripes across the chest on the away jersey is stupid. a few years ago you could buy jersey without the sponsor on them. i remember milan and juve you had the choice to buy them without the sponsor. roma had it like that once and i loved it.

You might be thinking of the Diadora shirts from the 06/07 season. We didn't have a shirt sponsor that year.

These kinda do look like t-shirts. There's no form fit or trimming to it. Perhaps they'll look better with the serie A patch, but I'm not optimistic. At any rate, I applaud the team for getting them out early and hopefully reeling in some extra merchandise revenue.

I like the shirts to be very simplistic with minimal advertisement as possible. The home kit is beautiful. Simple, classic and traditional.

Meh, not particularly blown away by any of them. If I had to spend my money, I'd likely go only with the 3rd kit, as I really like the incorporation of the old logo onto the chest. The away kit OK, but I'm really not sold on those two big stripes going across the chest. As for the home kit, it really doesn't look all that much different from this seasons, and personally I'm kind of fed up of those giant Kappa logos on the shoulders.

They're definitely trying a bit too hard to let people know that these kits are "Kappa made".

The home looks fine, and I like the addition of the older crest on the 3rd, something slightly throwback...

I will agree that the sponsorship on the shoulders is getting ridiculously huge. Anyway, I would like a Roma home jersey, and especially the 3rd kit.

I wouldn't do it mate ..definitelly knockoff !!!

1st-- they only offer 2 sizes Medium and XL exactly what the asian knock offs are

2nd --they advertise 100% polyester ..kappa tag states 98% Polyamid 8% Lycra

3rd -- Ask them for the GARA tag

I have seen some very high quality knockoffs myself --the badge is a little different colouring as well as the wind sponsorship logo --Just not exact

    Cheers --

It's getting a little closer; the Diadora "yellow" was much more orange than the Kappa yellow.

Not exactly the 2009/2010 jersey --But I wanted to purchase the jersey that Roma used in this years champions league.

Instead of the coppa patch on the sleeve ..they have a smaller logo right below the kappa script.

Would really appreciate it if someone knows where i could purchase one.
