refloating this thread (i know, i know...) because i'm after a particular of AG boot: i need something that will work with an adidas micoach (speedcell). at the moment, adidas USA has nothing to offer in that combination. any ideas?
If you want Adidas and AG, you'll probably have to get it from abroad. Pro Direct Soccer's UK store has some in AG. You could also do MiAdidas and chose a HG soleplate, which isn't that much different than Adidas' AG soleplate.
The boots I'm considering are the Puma evopower 1, Nike hypervenom phantom, 2014, 2014 adidas f50 samba synthetic or 2014 adidas f50 samba leather. Also I wanted to know if buying fg studs or ag studs really matters. I play almost always on artificial grass but finding ag versions for a good price is trickier than fg and im not sure if its even worth it.
i agree, finding AGs is trickier than FGs but on the field i play on, it makes a lot of difference. the FG studs are too long and i feel very wobbly when wearing FG cleats.
