could it be your TV is cutting it off? I have a 13" TV that does that all the time. EDIT: I think I see what's going on now. The game on FSC right now has the Fox-themed graphics way out to the edge of the 16x9 picture while the game on FS+ has the world feed graphics that look like the picture above. So maybe that's it?
I'm quite sick of not getting Fox Soccer in HD on Comcast. Although it did help me block out today's result. Seriously, when the hell are they going to get over their hatred for each other and give us HD?!?!?
They do it for the late NFL game on Sundays too. Are they doing it for this Champions League game? Because I've got a letterboxed picture with the score bug on the extreme left. DirecTV
http://www.epltalk.com/fox-to-show-...-across-networks-on-final-day-of-season-41232 good stuff right chea
That's an awesome move on Fox's part. But it's going to make for some seriously conflicted fans & junkies. Just not sure I get all those channels. But all that really matters is I get the one that's showing the Hawthornes.
Still no word. I'm going to keep checking back here a couple times a day: http://msn.foxsports.com/foxsoccer/...-league-title-relegation-survival-sunday-2012
According to the FSC and FS+ online schedules, FSC will have Tottenham v Fulham and FS+ will have Stoke v Bolton. Speed's schedule says Chelsea v Blackburn. Fuel's schedule just says "Survival Sunday," FSN's Schedule has nothing, and I don't know where to find the rest. I suppose Arsenal will either be on FSN or Fuel.
SPEED has announced that they will have Chel. v Blackburn. I think we may have dodged a bullet there, as live coverage Spanish F1 Grand Prix is on prior to the match, and could EASILY run late, due to rain or track incidents, delaying the finish time of the race.
West Bromwich Albion vs Arsenal, FSN Which means CHECK YOUR LOCAL LISTINGS. Not 100% sure every regional FSN will carry it.
Full schedule for the last day: http://www.epltalk.com/us-tv-schedule-announced-for-final-day-of-2011-12-premier-league-season-42354
the Comcast-owned FOX Sports Net affiliates in Baltimore/Washington (Mid-Atlantic), Chicago, New England, and Philadelphia will not be showing the game live. The chicago area FSN is comcast sports net, and according to the guide "not showing it live" translates to not showing it at all. Nice to see an actual meaningful game won't be show to a good amount of people. What a bunch of crap.
of the 5 live games being shown, the Arsenal game has to be the only one on the paid channel of course stream it is
Well if you have DirecTV, which you should, and the sports package, another must, you can watch Arsenal even if you live in one of those areas not showing the game. My local FSN is showing Rugby than Major League Lacrosse. LOL
I hate to say it, but I'd rather watch the match on 2Go in HD than on the crappy compressed SD signal of FSC I get here in Washington DC. If you subscribe to FoxSoccer2Go--and I'm an old Setanta subscriber (boy do I miss them)--the summer's the time to upgrade your computer to take an HDMI cable you can plug into your TV. I think there are even USB-to-HDMI adapters for laptops.
USB to HDMI can't be very good. problem with FS2GO is that they don't have any of the FSC games. They need to address that.
I'm pretty sure, that the crappy compressed FSC-SD signal that you get, is not unique to your provider, nor area. I think many are pretty pissed off with the picture/audio quality of FSC, this season. I know that I am. Forget which match it was, (maybe Wolves?) however, the quality of the ESPN3 broadcast, that I linked to a large screen TV, from a laptop, was far and away, superior quality.
In Chicago, at least, it looks like Comcast Sports Net- Bay area (channel 424 on my cable) will be showing the Arsenal-WBA match...which is nice of them
Which provider do you have? I have DirecTV with the sports pack so I can get all the other regional sports nets, but I didn't know that you can do that on cable too. Is it possible that they had some sort of region-blacked out show on at the time?
FYI West Brom game will be tape delayed on Fox Deportes at noon ET, on FSC at 1pm ET, on FS San Diego at 2pm PT, and replayed on MSG+ at 2pm ET.
I am on Comcast/xfinity with an extended sports package. I checked again last night and it is showing in my guide that the WBA match will be playing @9am.
