I had time so I finished Season 1 and watched all of Season 2 on Friday... it's still just okay for me.
I think this week was my favorite episode, I am looking forward to the showdown with Ollie and Slade.... Team Arrow Assemble!
Anybody else think it was weird that Oliver didn't immediately go check on Diggle? "Oh, screw that, I've gotta go make more Angry Face at my mom." Although I guess I could fish for a no-prize by saying he sent Sarah to do it, off-camera.
ok good.... I was a little confused with last night, it was out of Digs character to work with all of those people that Ollie has put down, especially without going to Ollie...the Harley Quinn cameo was awesome...
Just saw that Killer Frost and Vibe will appear in an episode next month. Not to sure about the actress they have playing her (Danielle Panabaker). She's also supposed to be a main character in the upcoming Flash series. Im not the biggest Vibe fan either so I hope both characters are portrayed well.
it was reported that 2 other characters from the Flash show would show up on Arrow, these must be the 2... http://flashtvnews.com/confirmed-fl...ar-on-arrow-with-quotes-from-marc-guggenheim/
Im loving how they are slowly allowing metahumans in the show. Especially when at first they said they wouldn't have any in the show.
I think last nights episode was the best of the season, so much happening around Ollie and Slade is destroying everything he has built up...
Yea, the tension building between Slade and Ollie has been good. Looking forward to the confrontation.
So, as I wait for S4 of The Walking Dead to be released on Netflix, I've started watching Breaking Bad from the beginning (hadn't seen a single episode), but I keep seeing Arrow as a recommended viewing for me. Sounds like folks are really digging it. Should I give it a whirl?
I don't mind getting spoiled. Although, maybe I'll start up a non-spoilers Arrow thread, and be obsessively anal-retentive about it, just to be safe.
didn't see that coming....Slade has had Ollie on his back for about 3 episodes now, and doesn't look like he is letting up.
Yeah, that seemed a little too contrived, especially with the requisite "Hey we should move in together" conversation before she freaks out and leaves. I wasn't actually into that episode as a whole (anything involving Roy and Thea just bugs the crap out of me), but the ending totally redeemed it. Although that was a little telegraphed too when his mom revealed she knew his secret. Same reason I figure Laurel might be dying this season too.
I was expecting Roy to swoop in and save the day. Red Hoodie is a terrible name by the way. I don't think Laurel is going anywhere soon. Sara said something about how there was someone who could bring Ollie to the light or something along those lines. I didn't really catch it due to background noise, but I assumed she was talking about Laurel.
that's what I was thinking too...like they are setting it up that those two will eventually get back together.
