I will be in London on Fri 28 Oct. There appear to be no Prem or Football League matches that day. Does anyone know of any lower league matches that day? I'd really like to visit one of the little grounds that I've seen on TV broadcasts of early cup ties.
There are no league games in any of the top eight levels (down to Northern Premier League Division One North and the other five leagues at that level). The Fourth Qualifying Round of the FA Cup will be held 29 October and you can hope that some of the games will be played on 28 October instead. The fixtures for that are not known yet. The Conference National clubs start in that round. In general Friday is not a good day to see the best English clubs play. The German Bundesliga starts the weekend with a Friday game but England doesn't.
