So anybody see Guardinho leaving to a bigger club this season? He isn't cup tied to the team because of EUFA is he? He would be a good refuerzo for Champions League.........

Why would you want him to leave? He's fine where he is at, getting plenty of playing time and scoring goals. It would be much better for him to transfer during the summer so he could begin the pre-season with the team and have a fresh start.

It would take a lot of money to get Deportivo to even consider it. They are doing well so it wouldn't be the best idea to mess with the chemistry right now. Also, winter transfers can be dicey because there isn't as much time to line up a replacement.

Just comparing him with Drenthe there is no comparison. They made a boneheaded move in not getting Guardado before , but instead opted in absurd loanl with 200 grand and Castilla bound for that fact.

Guardado has been seen by RMadrid scout in the last couple of games. Also Man City has been interested , but dont see that happening.

I'm not sure I like him competing with Arjen Robben for PT (when he's healthy). Drenthe isn't bad as a LB or LWB, but injuries have forced them to play him further up.

I'm of the belief that if it ain't broke, don't try to fix it. Unless Real offers him some nice loot, I don't see how he could see it as an improvement. I think he's where he should be right now. It would be cool if Deportivo brought in another Mexican or an established South American player from the Mexican league.

but did you see Real today? They need help. The fact that Andres isn't cup tied makes him very attractive to any team trying to move on in the CL or Uefa. I am happy that Depor is doing better and such but I would love to see Guardado with a "big" club (read CL regular club)

Until Real closes the revolving door of managers, I don't know if its a good place for him. Schuster may like him, but what if he gets sacked? Who can say that the next manager will?

How can you openly say ur a madrid fan?

That's like being a Knicks fan.

Anyway, congrats to Bravo.. this may get his confidence up enough to put him over that hump. Good sh*t Omar.

Agreed. So much for the Monterrey false rumors. Hope he starts to get more playing time. Only way for him to acclimate to their game y ritmo.

oh I'm sure they are gonna get whooped, this is Barca's year

I'd love to see Guardado as an RM player but right now is not the time, he would be way too pressured

They will lay it on em.

I would like nothing more than for Guardado to get to a huge team. RM is a legendary side, i just happen not to like them. I would always follow Guardado though. It's a double-edged sword when you sign on to a team that is doing bad though. They either get better and people can say it's because of you or they keep doing just as bad and you are written off.
