Do you travel alot? If not, I don't see the point of the high yearly charge. If you do, the benefits are fantastic.
I only do black. Okay, just kidding. Up until now I haven't seen the need for platinum, but I've decided that making purchases on a platinum card as opposed to a gold card would net me a trip or two to Portugal every year. Of course, I need to find a way to make it a business trip, but that shouldn't be hard.
