Response Time The loser must present himself within 1 minute after the television feed concludes and start a new "congrats" thread. The match is set to begin at 19:00 PM CT. Rule 2. Duration The betting agreement becomes official 2 hours before the game starts. Any member may decide to withdraw from the agreement, but must do so 2 (two) hours BEFORE the start of the match.
