    ROBIN VAN PERSIE!

I don't think Henry is a muslim, though I could be wrong.

I remember reading a few seasons ago about Kolo Toure fasting during ramadan...again, could be wrong.

That's fine, but the "I belong to Jesus" part would likely refute claims of being Muslim.

PSV's Afellay, Aisatti and Bakkal deserve to be considered.

Twente's Morocco international Karim El Ahmadi (who in two years will be a mega superstar, you heard it here first)

What's fairly relevant about knowing this by the way is that many of these players respect the Ramadan; the ones I listed do. It can't be much fan to play 90 minutes of football on an empty stomach.

Well, Muslims believe that u are born Muslim. Therefore u always will be. Also that if u are not born into a muslim family u are still born a muslim hence when peolple not raised as muslims turn to islam, they are referred to as reverts not converts.

Real Madrid's Mahamadou Diarra is muslim too. He is actually currently fasting, Ramadan. Here is an outtake from a interview he did last year.

    Do you practice Ramadan?
I am a Muslim and I respect this tradition. There is no match this week, and this will help me in my fasting. When there's a match two days before, I eat because Ramadan allows it. I've practiced Ramadan since I was 17 years old, and have practiced it in Europe for the last 8 years. They are days like any other, only I don't eat or drink.

Here is Sergio Ramos commenting on it:

This month is the Ramadan, a special time for Diarra. Does it affect him?
We are very respectful with his religion. We also lived last year's Ramadan with him. It is actually rather normal. I don't know if he eats at night, but he seems to be fine. We sometimes make jokes or tease him, but we respect it. It's important for him.,

And the Real Madrid manager Bernd Schuster:
Ramadan began about one week ago. How are you and Diarra coping?
We knew it was coming and we have to respect him because of how important it is to him. Improving in some facets and doing better than last year are all that count. He's got his eating and drinking matters under control and we're trying to help him out by not overdoing it with training sessions this month. We will stop him in workouts because he can't go eat like a king like we can afterward. We need him to maintain as much of his strength and energy for games, and he's been doing a good job so far. He says he's feeling better than last year.
