who cares where the player was born as long as it was COLOMBIA !!! its our own fault for being regionalistic much like spain who will never be as good as they can be because of that regionalistic crap

Look at ur list with the exception of Vallejo, and Carmelo everyone deserves to be there...... and have never and will never deserve to be there...

um maybe Anchico doesnt deserve to be there yet, but still young and can play in many different positions

but are u really going to argue that anyone else on that list doesnt deserve to be there?

Anchico is not really bad player. The problem with him is that he has no set position. He needs to find a position and stick to it. I think he might best suited to play RB. The other day he was playing attacking Mid for Santa Fe and had a very good game.

Ya think? He's skilled on the ball and has a decent engine, but I've never seen him play with any personality, just seems to go missing, especially when on the NT.

Molina hasnt play'd for Pinto, probably wont but we all wanted Soto and he wasnt like he was in 2006 WCQs... he needs more time to regain form but for now we just have to trust Pinto as long as he doesnt start Carmelo haha

and Grisales is a 45 minute player even in the 2006 Qualifers Rueda would just use him 45 mintutes cause thats all he could give... and now 4 years later u think its different

I actaully really liked the Ireland Midfield but Guarin NEEDS PLAYING TIME WITH CLUB, he shouldnt be starting with us if he hasnt play'd in france for a long time. Guarin being a starter at any club and all his little defects like the bad passing will go away

Escobar also very strong, fast and can see him starting as well but Amaya is the heart of the midfield like it or not

Relax buddy! Dude was just giving his opinion.

Also, Grisales being a 45 minute player doesn't mean he can't be a starter. You may want him to give you that strong burst out of the block and then, for example, bring in The Prince to kill the game. I'm not endorsing that, but its certainly a viable approach...

not putting him down I actually really like his team but till Pinto puts Molina in a game and we see him play in yellow we wont know right??? Same with Edwin Valencia who many of us have been calling for for a long time but still has no place

Also about coming out to win from the start... I agree with u its seems like Pinto much like Maturana uses the 1st half of the game to feel the other team out, but Colombia has always been bad at scoring and feeling the other team out and having to come back if we are losing isnt a good game plan

But that's just it, this is the 'Dream XI' thread, not the 'Probability-adjusted Dream XI' thread...

We need a foriegn coach... so no more #10 shit....

With Quintabani we will get Aldo #10.... Bernal will be Macnelly #10

Enough of #10, of Vargas and 11 defenders on the field.....

we need an argie/brasilian coach or a euro one
