Seeing Messi get hit in the face by a football, repeatedly, is a beautiful sight to behold.

Betis' awful running streak (six losses and one draw) prompted the Verdiblancos' board advisor, Jose Antonio Bosch, to say that:

''Our trust in (coach) Mel is like a hymen: either you have it or you don't''.

    :D

I thought that Messi is exxagerating the extent of his injury there. Look how he goes down an clutches his head. Did he succeed in getting the kicker sent off?

I think RVP is the best striker in the world right now. Pity for Arsenal that he's always one game closer to a long layoff...which means they're fu<ked.

Started watching City v Newcastle from about the 20th minute. Demba Ba could've/should've scored twice already.

edit: Penalty to Man City, scored by Balotelli. Cruel on Newcastle

Richards now scores. This is more like the Newcastle defense that i know of.

Loved Balotelli's celebration after putting away the penalty. :D

Oh dear, Ryan Taylor, 2 mistakes in 4 minutes. Newcastle were doing so well.

I've never seen a football player be more of a pathetic attention whore than him. Shame that keepers like Lehmann and Kahn aren't around for him to do something like this against them.

He was nowhere to be seen in Munich. Oh, i forgot, that was all Tevez fault that Bayern were running circles around them. :)

The next person to claim that the Primera Division has terrible defense has to watch this game and shut the f*** up. Even teams in the Segunda B defend better. How can you let Richards go past like that? He moves like a drunk bouncer. :D

I like him. He's like a child. I just ignore most of his crazy stuff and usually find it funny. Perhaps i would have a different opinion if he was on my team.

He's a hell of a player though. If he's this good while having half his brain occupied with other things, i wonder how good he can be if he gets his whole mind into it.
