Isn't that kind of weird? It doesn't help if i stretch after i've massaged my calves, they're still very stiff after the massage. I haven't done any training before the massage so it can't be from that either (they are quite sore efter the massage too). Has anyone here experienced this? Is it normal?
I can't advise you on this. But there is such a thing as an Massage Therapist. Get in contact with one and ask them about it.
