One Afghan TV reported that the champion of Afghanistan Clubs Championship will represent Afghanistan in AFC Cup. Is that right, does anyone know about it?
Not as far as i'm aware. I think the next edition they could take part in would be from 2011. But they need AFC to inspect them first. President's Cup is more likely.
SAF Games in Bangladesh ; 29.1 India - Afghanistan 31.1 Pakistan - Afghanistan 2.2 Sri Lanka - Afghanistan SAF Games are for U23 + 3 overaged players.
