No it's not. The Yemeni team cannot overtake Zawraa even if they win 10-0 and Zawraa loses 10-0. And if you had bothered to click on the link you'll see that the AFC confirmed their qualification.
First we go by points but if both teams have the same points, then we go by Head to Head Let’s suppose both matches ended 0-0, then we go by goals diff. Al-Zawra qualified but Arbil must be aware that they are in danger position if we go by head to head with Mabarah. we won in home 3-2 and lose away 0-1.. so the advantage is for Mabarah.
I was reading that, but people don't have to worry as away goals rule deosn't apply here. http://www.the-afc.com/uploads/Documents/common/cms/afc/acc09regulations.pdf
sweet so inshallah we have some 90% chance to qualify if al arabi agrees to play soft ps: guys is there any chance zawra and arbil will face each other in quarter or half finals?
Yes If some one finsihed first and the other finished second because Group B teams will clash with Group C teams... Al-Zawra will play against Al-Arabi, Mabarah or Arbil Arbil will play against Al-Zawra or Safa. One way match in the group winner home. there is no 2 legs system.
