He sure as hell is built like a tank.
I would agree that Adriano showed a lot of heart, and his stamina especially at 4,000 meters above sea level was very impressive and borderline amazing.

this was the last time Gremio faced Adriano, that I can remember, without losing on purpose

    Grêmio 4 x 1 Flamengo

A media outlet in Parana is reporting that Adriano missed training. I guess we will see what the official word is.

Man they got him pretty good on that last picture. Might be timing but he looks almost passed out ? Anyways ... it was Thursday night right ? No big deal. Not good for his image specially if he didn't show up for training.

To blow months of hard work to go see an Anitta show.

If he really did miss training, the clause in his contract allows Atletico to release him.

A dream deferred. Someone will still sign him though. 4 teams are trying to negotiate Bruno Rangel out of his middle eastern contract so i'm sure there will be a job for Adriano.

It actually does haha. They also have a replica of the pacaembu in the game where you do a mission.

It was not really like Pacaembu... more like loosely based on it, I guess. Good game though. Just wish it had portrayed São Paulo as the drizzle city, so as to have more of a noir film that many people wished. (and btw, most noir films were in Los Angeles... so that talk that not having snow would make the game not seem noir is bullshit)

hmmm... middle east. That´s probably the only place in the world where Adriano can go and not get wasted. I guess.
Although then he will feel lonely and enter in a deep depression like he did while in Inter Milan (even though he DID party there!)

Look at Mengao trying to brush it off like he wouldn't take Adriano back in a second.

It seemed like the Pacaembu to me when I played it but you are probably right it did seem like they left out little details or completely changed colors in certain areas from what it would be in real life. What did you think about the Portuguese speaking and also the layout/authenticity of the Favelas? People outside of Brazil view Brazil completely different so the rainy concrete jungle probably wasn't on the agenda. It was pretty Noir due to the cynical nature of the story and the game did have dim/dark lighting on a lot of missions. I never knew snow was a characteristic of Noir.

Max Payne 3 was awesome, so underrated and unheard of by alot of gamers which is sad :(

Are the nightclubs in Brazil truly like those portrayed in the game?

I thought the pacaembu was fairly accurate, either way that level was epic.

One thing I really liked about it, was that it genuinely felt like you were in Brazil. Many side characters speaking/ and audio tracks in Brazilian really added to the realism and vibe of the game. A pity other games don't follow suit when based in a foreign land...aka assassin's creed.

Obviously, I wasn't serious because we both know DCU won't splurge on a player anymore

Damn, if he goes to Chicago, I can see @IVO ! taking him to the churrascaria.... :ROFLMAO:
