Years back these threads were about Houston youth talent signing in MLS, for other cities.
It is tremendous fun to now see said talent, that the Greater Houston area has always sent off to MLS, to have one of ours take the naranja 9 top.
Nobody has mentioned it here so Jaime Clarkson needs to be praised as well. He has done well in the role that OL created for our club for Clarkson to hit home. Me thinks this is just the begining.

t was a statue of our city's namesake on our original crest that got removed by AEG home base, so getting any new statute conversation is a lost cause. Perhaps there is hope however. For a few.

The question now is will he get to play or will he languish in the obscurity of the reserve team. Nothing much will happen until he graduates but then what does he do? James talked about him, and also about Josue and Cisco on the Keepers Notes Radio Show this morning. He seems to have speed, something maybe Josue was lacking, and maybe better size, and perhaps more drive than Cisco. I hope it works out for him, it could be exciting for both him and Houston fans alike.

I imagine that he'll spend the 2nd half of the season learning how to be a pro. Dom will keep him around and teach him all the good habits needed to be on Dom's good side. I also imagine the older players might take him under a wing and show him how it is done.

Next year I imagine he'll start to get some real PT or, baring that, maybe a loan to SanAn/Charleston for same.

No need to rush the kid.

So when he shows up for practice do you think Dom asks him if he has finished his homework first? :D

my understanding is he isn't going to show up for practice until he's graduated?
