Coming from someone who can't seem to talk about anything other than PSV and how NO ONE GIVES THEM A CHANCE and how THEY'RE SO UNDERRATED, and have I mentioned PSV HAVE NO MONEY, that's rich.

No, your point is that PSV are more clever than Chelsea. Which is impossible to prove.

Thank you, I'm quite sick of you changing the argument 17 ways and then declaring yourself victorious.

LOL. I think its safe to say that Johan is not qualified to talk about English football and Nicephoras is not qualified to talk about Dutch football. Comments like "Lampard is average" from the former and "PSV have more talent this year than last" from the latter prove that. BTW, Nicephoras, where do you get this wealth of knowledge about the Dutch League? Seeing as how hardly any PSV Eredivisie matches are available to people living in New York, that would be interesting to know.

As far as Holland not being able to win world cups.... well, I think its safe to say that if every World Cup was at a neutral ground (say, Mexico) then Holland would have won 2 World Cups (1974, 1978) and England zero.

PSV have a chance of defeating them. Milan is not unstoppable.

They have an even better chance if Robert turns out to be a world class player

What makes you think that world cup tournaments not being played on neutral grounds has been the reason why Holland hasn't won one?

IMO this is how much of a chance psv have and how much milan have of advancing to the finals

    AC MILAN 80%

    PSV 20%

I don't think psv's defense is up for Milan yet. Ajax' 2002-2003 defense was better organized and we went out to Milan because of defensive errors as well.

They look too shaky IMO. But otoh, Hiddink is quality and he'll probably have a few tricks up his sleeve.

    30-70 chance I reckon.

Milan is the best side in the tournament but still, the best side doesn't always win. If PSV put up a good fight and do Dutch football proud I'll be happy.

I lived in England for six years, only returned to Holland last year, and over here we get to watch the BBC, so I'm pretty certain that I know more about English football than the vast majority of American posters.

I exaggerate sometimes to get a discussion going but I reckon that if Lampard were to play for FC Den Bosch you wouldn't even notice him.

That's probably about right. Only truly world class teams have a serious chance of beating Milan. Siena for example.

I think most non-Chelsea fans would agree Lampard is quality. Lampard playing for Chelsea has nothing to do with it.

Lampard is quality but not as quality as the English think. That's my opinion anyway. I prefer Paul Scholes to Lampard any day (and I hate ManU even more than I hate Chelsea)

Fair enough. It's your opinion. I just thought above statements were quite exaggerated. Back to PSV sending the Italians home...

I'd never make that claim. Milan's defensive ability is rather scary.

I made that claim. I would love to see the upset. We would be lying to ourselves is we said Milan wasn't the heavy favorite, but I think it would make for a great series to see PSV triumph over the mighty Milan. I have no ties to either team and in this case I usually pull for the underdog.

Hmm well as AFCA pointed out PSV do have this habit of making at least one defensive mistake every game. I don't think they can afford that against Milan. THat said PSV keeps on surprising me.

That's what AC thrive on,especially danger man sheva.PSV can't afford to give away too many Free kicks & corner kicks. That will be a key to the game.

Maybe if Sheva got the required ban for his headbutt, PSV would be in better shape.
