You're not even close to the amount of scudettos we have. And judging by the way your side keeps tanking by selling off its best players, that's unlikely to change.
And we've won everything there is to win, both domestically and internationally...so what's the point?
lol. generally speaking i don't like to get involved in pissing matches like this, but really? "ya, we won the CL once so we're not gonna worry about trying to win it again. like, what's the point, ya know?" gtfo.
I'll admit, I somewhat fell into the sky-is-falling gloom and doom mentality surrounding this team and fans as well. We're fans after all, we're prone to being glass-half-empty. This game aside, inclusive of the penalty which I don't believe was a penalty, nor do I think it was called in Milan's favor on purpose. From the vantage point of the ref and linesman, it clearly looked like he had his hand outstretched...and the pressure to not make the wrong call influenced the decision, IMO. At the beginning of the season I thought with some good coaching (that's pretty big IF, IMO) this team could likely finish top 7, being generous. Then came one disappointment after the other. At the moment Milan is 8th, so it's certainly within reach. A spot in Europe would be essential. On the other hand, if that were not to happen and Milan retools in the winter and summer, then focusing on Serie A would make the league more interesting next year. The team is not all that bad, BUT it needs some reinforcements, especially in defense. The last thing we need is the megalomaniac Berlusconi thinking that he can magically transfer some of his viagra induced mojo telepathically to the team and that is what pushes them through and then doing nothing about the transfer situation in the winter. But hey, whatever floats their boat Some people like Disney. Some people like reality...what can I say?If people want to believe in witches and magic potions rather than the fact that those in position of power usually are corrupt and use their influence to make things happen, then so be it oooga booga And like GC is famous for saying; spend some of da monies Where is that little munchkin anyway? Come back GC, Come back!!! You know what? These cycles repeat themselves so often, that when you've been watching for 30+ years you get used to it, and then you realize that not only in sport but also in life, most people are short sighted. Of course, this is especially true in sport. Often it's sky-is-falling or pot-of-gold-at-the-end-of-the-rainbow mentality that dominates fans. I've seen a trend in Serie A this year that, at least to me, suggests that FFP might be very real. Maybe Infantino has given his brothers back home a real heads up to the reality? If that is the case, I can't wait for UEFA to make an example (if they have the balls to follow through) of one of these rich over spending Oil Tycoons, or even better, an EPL team
Well, actually, Juve have won it more than once, as well as multiple finals appearances. They've also won the Intercontinental Cup, the UEFA Cup, Cup Winners' Cup, European Supercup, as well as far more domestic trophies than anyone in Italy. Who said Juve didn't try to win the CL? What's your point?
we're the most successful club in the world. your shirt says " 30 sul campo " which is complete bullshit, because you stole all of your titles. while our shirt has a little message that says " il club piu titolato al mondo "...only in your dreams will juve ever be as successful/great as milan. even our current team ( which is pretty bad ) defeated your team of hunchbacks!!!!!! Forza Lotta Vincerai Non ti lasceremo Mai!!!!!
well, if gumba had any brains he would say juve are in 1st place. but he's pissed that juBe lost to a better team. being the only italian club in the round of 16 of the CL proves my point.
if Juve keeps losing and dropping points eventually Napoli may be there, and that will piss off the racist fans saying Napoli isn't Italy
Ive heard some quotes from Berlusconi regarding the team coming back to form in 2-3 years. He also says he wants to start a new cycle and the team will only sign players under 22, however he will spend money on star players at different positions. Id imagine that means one superstar signing a season with reinforcements as youngsters. Also he stated that he loves Balotelli and SES said he likes playing with him. I think its a no brainer to bring him to Milan and honestly I think it will happen sooner than we all think. Tbh, Id send cash and anyone but SES to Man City.
Deflection, nice! This isn't my argument, I know how that game went, you guys outplayed us. Milan v. Juve on the other hand...
Big win. Didn't expect it going into the game. Just get to the winter window and bring in a guy or two to fix our problems please.
