    We should play our reserves, like Yepes, Amelia and maybe even Jankulovski (well don't know about that hahah)... for this match. Ronaldinho should start too... maybe give Sokratis a chance in this match too.

    Rest for Ibra, for sure. Ronaldinho to start. Hopefully, Merkel, Strasser, and Verdi get a look as well. Maybe even De Vito.

    Probable formation (Sportmediaset):

    http://www.sportmediaset.mediaset.it/calcio/articoli/articolo1841.shtml?refresh_cens

    Amelia; Bonera, Yepes, Thiago Silva, Jankulovski; Flamini, Pirlo, Ambrosini; Seedorf; Ronaldinho, Robinho.

    ----

    Some possible surprises.

    Nesta will be rested, however, Jankulovski is likely to play this game. Ronaldinho will also start. Amelia is set to start for a second time for the Rossoneri... he needs to make a impression... because he'll need to with that defense... hahah.

    This is very much our second string formation, with exception of midfield... I'd like to see how Janku does... he used to be one of my old favorites. He could leave us in January, so I think this would be a respectable thing to do.

    While we are playing Seedorf and Pirlo at the same time which can cause issues, I think we have enough muscle still in midfield with Flamini and Ambro.

    I hope to see some youth players too...

    i actually think that thiago silva should be rested too. nesta and silva are both equally important in this team. so i say we should give sokratis another chance.

    We will see. It is just a probable formation. While most is likely correct, one or two players could change.

    Onyewu cannot at all because he was not entered in our players list for the CL.

    that's funny. a game that guch should get, and he can't get on the field. i almost feel sorry for the guy. then i remember he's getting paid millions to play a game.

    Called up players:

    http://www.milannews.it/?action=read&idnotizia=40447

    PORTIERI: Amelia, Roma;
    DIFENSORI: Abate, Antonini, Bonera, Jankulovski, Papasthatopoulos, Thiago Silva, Yepes;
    CENTROCAMPISTI: Ambrosini, Boateng, Flamini, Merkel (n.52), Pirlo, Seedorf, Strasser;
    ATTACCANTI: Ibrahimovic, Robinho, Ronaldinho, Verdi (n.55).

    ----

    I hope Merkel and Verdi do get some playing time. Dinho is said to have picked up a knock and if he fails a late fitness test, Verdi will get a start. Ibrahimovic has already been confirmed to be on the bench by Allegri. Abbiati, Nesta, Gattuso have not been called up for this match.

    he could have at least been an option. if he was going to get a game, this would have been a good place for it. there's no sense in arguing the point though. he's not on the roster.

    It appears Antonini will play instead of Jankulovski... but other than that the formation I posted appears to be correct.

    Took a slight knock to the knee. Probably taken out as a precaution more than anything.

    Milan have looked pretty listless, except for a 5 minute period toward the end of the half. Not exactly unexpected, seeing as we've already qualified. Seedorf has been completely annonymous, however, and all he's really done is lose the ball. Hopefully we'll put Merkel or even Ibra on for him.

    Pretty dull affair so far. Our offense is non-existent, R80 doesn't seem to be comfortable in his position and he is overdoing it in front of goal, but I don't blame him. We sit very deep and allow Ajax unpressured possession, which makes some players look more uninterested than usual.
