    Exactly!

But I guess if you question how logical or illogical certain comments are, it is "trolling" now.

    I'm happy you see it.

Pogrebnyak could potentially leave during the winter already:

    http://www.spox.com/de/sport/fussba...inter-schalke-chinedu-obasi-doch-gekauft.html

He said he will move if he has no future at the club and gets no playing time in the Rueckrunde. He says that would put his spot in the Russian euro squad under threat. He said that he would like to move within the Bundesliga, as he likes it in Germany.

I guess Lakic will probably come, if Pogrebnyak leaves this winter.

Juventus seem to have a serious interest in Kuzmanovic.

Labbadia says we do not want to sell him.

Saw that at the kicker website. Can't blame Labbadia.

You guys have him under contract for one more season, right???

I think so, but not sure to be honest.

Apparently Juve have offered 7 million.

Also, according to this BILD article:
    http://www.bild.de/sport/fussball/v...-doch-hoffenheims-ibisevic-22173828.bild.html

Lakic will likely not be coming after all because Wolfsburg want 5 million for him and we were only willing to offer 2.

It now claims that we may go for IBISEVIC instead as a second option.

Sounds too good to be true.

Sven Ulreich has prolonged his contract until 2017! :)

Fredi Bobic has also prolonged until 2016.

    Nice!

I believe that's what transfermarkt says. Haven't checked myself.

Damn. If that's true, I might have done that........

I believe it is a very smart move not to pay 5M for a player Wolfsburg signed on a free and really want to get rid of.

Not to mention he's a player who has had only one good BL season........

I agree. It does sound too good to be true.

Isn't Ibisevic still their #1 striker when he's healthy???

Kicker is now reporting that Stuttgart are going after both Salihovic and Ibisevic?

The Ibisevic rumors are getting particular traction. It's getting hotter there and I am gaining hope that this will perhaps really happen.

Hopp and Stanislawski have both argued that they do not believe it will happen. We will see.

    My honest opinion?

I don't think it will happen. I really WANT this move to happen because Stuttgart are a more prestigious club and I think they have more upside and potential than the village club.

    Fingers crossed.

kicker is reporting that VfB has already offered Ibisevic a contract valid through the end of the 2016 season.

I'm guessing that means the two clubs have already agreed on a transfer fee???

Ah this is the most excited I have been about a transfer in a long, long time. I think last time I was this pleased was when Hleb returned. Hopefully this move works out better...

I am convinced we have just signed a very, very strong attacker: good shot, powerful, good headers, the ultimate finisher.

His stats at his previous stations:

    2011/12: 10 games (7 as starter), 5 goals
    2010/2011: 31 games (25 as starter), 8 goals
    2009/2010: 34 games (30 as starter), 12 goals
    2008/2009: 17 games, 18 goals
2007/2008: 31 games (9 as starter), 5 goals (second division)
    (Aachen) 2006/2007: 24 games (14 as starter), 6 goals

If only he could rediscover his 2008 autumn form, before the Kreuzbandriss. At 27, he still has time to return to that...

You guys got yourself a nice player.

Looks and sounds good to me. Let's also hope that he pushes Cacau to get back to his scoring ways. Competition is good. VfB hasn't had a lot of that in the striker corps.

It could allow us to change the attacking formation in a manner that suits Cacau. Ibisevic is an out-and-out striker, which could allow Cacau to drop back slightly in a manner that could strongly improve his performances.

I think Cacau/Ibisevic could make for a very strong attacking partnership, with Schieber as the dark horse always ready to challenge either of them. As for Pogrebnyak: his time is up, and I hope he is able to find himself a new club before the transfer window closes.

Whats the starting formation when we factor Ibisevic in?

I heard you guys are going after Salihovic as well. Smart move.

    I read that too.

I also believe this would be a very smart move.

I think this is a very good signing! I feel he will find his old form (08-09) in a team like Stuttgart

Pogrebnyak is on his way out today:

    http://www.kicker.de/news/fussball/...-bestreitet-beleidigung-der-vfb-fuehrung.html

He will be moving to FC Fulham. Fee guesses range from 4 million euros (crazy for a bad player with 6 months on the contract) to a six-figure sum (more realistic).

Not a happy goodbye, some angry parting words where Pogrebnyak criticised the management for allegedly treating him very badly in the last few days.

Whatever. This move is what is best for both parties - particularly us.

I read it is just a loan deal? So would just be some wages. Haven't seen anything about a transfer fee.
