At least you would expect a NT coach is capable to value the performance of a player.
NT coaches, belgium denmark italy germany spain totally ignoring Cristiano......cmon serious?

    (voting happened end october)

The Danish manager hates Ronaldos guts. Every time he's on as a "expert" pundit at the Clasicos he goes on and on about Ronaldo being shit while gagging on Xavis cock.

The Spanish, Italian and German votes are justified tho. They are big football nations with some very good players themselves. It's understandable that Del Bosque and Löw feels like they have the best players.

Why does voting end so early? The Puskas award also ended way early too. I mean, if voting ends that early, shouldn't the Balon D'or end early in the calender year? FIFA is so backwards and watching this cringe worthy presentation with the flying brazilians and wtf singer, I think Blatter has lost the plot.

He dug himself into a deeper hole by reaffirming what he thought of Boateng. He's in denial, in the pockets of the filthy, and is ruining football.

Random (current) fact that may interest only me:

Messi has more Ballon d'Or awards (4) than World Cup goals (1).

So FIFA ask players from the African nations but dont recognise Africa's own who scored 107 goals in a calendar year. :whistling:

I would vote for him next year if he appears in the red outfit.

Mind you i forgot that he wears the ugliest Outift in the world every weekend so the red number would be a step up compared to what he usually wears.

Sometimes people edit my thread titles because it is offensive or the mods don't get it. Either way, I'm not doing any threads for a while, my luck ran out!

All these awards are ********ing bullcrap. No one votes true to their heart.

People vote on who they like, who they are friends with, who they think are the best, who is portrayed as the saint, and will leave out who they hate, dislike, and made belief that is a complete arrogant shit.

    Wow. Bullshit. Poor Ronaldo.

No, Iniesta does not make more sense. Maybe because you're Spanish it does, but a player who performed in a handful of games does not warrant him winning a prestigious award that is given based on the performance of an entire season... you know the one where players play week in week out for the entire season.

So please enlighten me...how does Iniesta deserve it more than Ronaldo?

How did Pique, Etoo and Rooney get any points really? Falcao and Pirlo seem to be not popular enough, and while its ridiculous to say Messi didnt deserve it, I still feel Ronaldo shouldve won this one. Balon d'Or was a lot more respectable before being merged, but like many have already said its a popularity contest.
