As far as the new kit...the one posted earlier in the thread seems to be the one. It's not bad, but I'd much rather have this:

Think I'd buy one of those.

I'm really hoping Puma comes out with some quality kits. Puma for me tends to be a hit or miss

Just looking at it I can tell this is the real deal. The stripes at each side of the shirt are the same as the new Puma shirts (i.e. Chile), and the cuffs are also similar to the new Puma templates. And the majority of the other leaks, especially the Henry one, are the same as this one.

    It's missing the red socks.

Same with our current home kit. I've been waiting patiently for our return to red socks ( and no hoops please!). I'm a child of the 70's :)

Yeah, I've never understood why white socks became the norm at home with red ones on the road when they where red.

It has to do with the oppositions colors. I feel like the kits are really less home/away and more 1st choice/2nd choice. If we play Chelsea away for example, they wear blue kits and white socks as 1st choice, so we switch to red socks. So really any time we play a team with white or white/another color striped socks, we go solid red. Otherwise, it's white. If we're at home they change to accommodate us.

The point is red socks should be part of said 1st choice.

Look at the crest patch on these "leaked" images. It's too vertically short and the blue stripes do not taper down to the bottom point. This is yet another bootleg.

Of course it's a bootleg I'm just saying the shirts will be like these leaks.

I follow a guy who works at the Armoury on Twitter. Been hammering on now for a couple weeks that the new Puma stuff is amazing (kit and gear). He said their new version of the Nike N98 is really nice. Also confirmed what we've said already that there is a slim fit and regular fit for the kits.

Can you link that mate? That's pretty good to hear. I'm optimistic about our gear but mostly it's all about the cash.

Looks like that worked and a bit more context in those Tweets where he comments back to questions from people. Looks like June Release based on those comments.

I was wondering about that, especially with the leaked pic of Giroud in that new training jacket. This year's versions are a tough act to follow, especially with the old-school script across the back. I have too many track jackets anyway, so I'll have to wait and see how they turn out.

Personally I'm a replica kit guy so not likely to get a jacket. I do agree that some of the Nike stuff this year, particularly the away colourways, was a bit special.

It's looking more and more like there won't be Puma logos on the sleeves like has been their standard the past several years.

    Good...good.

agree - tried on puma's italy wc replica kit and it just felt so cheaply made in comparison to nike and adidas. they do use lighter weight fabric but even then the finishing felt poor. just hope arsene spends that money. trophies = sales at this point for me
