Anybody surprised by these new faces? I can't wait to see what Kevin Foley is made off.
Grow up and be a real FAN for once.
Great to see Fahey and Ward in the squad. Never heard of Green.
Have to admit, I've never heard of Green either.
Happy for Ward and Fahey; excited for Meyler and McCarthy. Wonder how many of these faces we'll see in the final squad for Algeria and Paraguay?
I looked up some of his goals for Derby on youtube. Looks a tidy enough player. Think he's injured at the moment, though...
And he's 27. Not exactly a spring chicken. Not sure how I feel about it anymore.
If a certain Mr.Stephen Ireland gets sold from Citeh as I expect them to do so this off-season, I get the feeling he might wanna re-up his profile by opting to make himself available for the Green jersey.
What are you on about?
Meyler went off with a serious looking injury vs Manchester United today. Looks like he could be out for quite some time - really unfortunate.
Starting XI to play a League of Ireland U-23 team at Gannon Park tonight:
McShane (c)---Duffy-----O'Dea--------Nolan OR Cunningham
I have a strange feeling the LOI lads will win this.
U23s lost 1-0 but played well. From a Rovers point of view Billy Dennehy played the first half and Chambers and Duggan the second (which will please our manager).
In the press conference Trap name checked Billy.
i think trap would want an granny audit before mr. ireland wears the green again
I'll take Ireland back as long as everyone in the country can kick him up the arse first.
