Pfffft! For the first time in ages I was asleep pretty early on Sunday night and got out of bed pretty easily. The sun was shining as I went to work and I've been to the gym. Did Arm's. Fair enough I can hardly feel them anymore but I feel good!

    Excellent!

I finally got to get back on the bike in the last few days since my crash and I had the bike fixed.

I actually was on one a few weeks ago at the track in the video. As for opinion? I am not sure I would ever ride one off a track, but kind of fun going uber fast on them.

They’re flavor of the month in London. Everyone seems to have one now.

With the English taking a few gold medals in the Olympics last year, I am not surprised.

Well, I don't even follow the Olympics that much if at all. Still, I should have known.

They did quite well. Surprised Cavendish didn't pick up a medal.

You know that Skill Shimano rider that Cavendish got upset with last week over the sprint. He commented: "Well first Cavendish pulls me by the shoulder and tries to pull me off my bike, then he's upset because I tried to do something against it? What a homo, he can go mess about someone else"
