Their is a rumor the other Chivas, the one in LA, has just fired all their youth coaching staff and will be bringing in the old staff that was replaced when New York Cosmos got rid of their LA youth program. Not sure how its gonna workout, but Sasha van der most will replace Teddy Chronopolous. Kloergara at it again.
Cruz Azul choking in the final once again..... They missed 3 clear chances then America goes and ties the game in the final 5 minutes to send it into extra time with America's GK scoring the goal, stupid Cruz Azul.
Cruz Azul was playing great football but they just could not finish their chances and then they go and implode so they basically gifted America two free headers in the finals minutes..... If Cruz Azul had just finished at least one of those three chances then they would be champions right now, I gotta feel for their fans who must be absolutely gutted right now.
They where playing great football in the second half toying with America and creating endless chances that they failed to convert. Then at the end they choked and gave up two free goals to America.
Even more embarrassing for Cruz Azul is that they had the advantage of one more player since the 13th minute.... Edit: Going to penalties.
Well there it is folks, America has tied Chivas for most championships. This is a truly depressing time.....
Only thing that would make this year worse is if Chivas gets relegated next season, if that happens.......
