I don't mind this at all. This means he will be available for the Liverpool game and he is one of the better defenders in the league and poses a goal threat on set pieces. Otherwise, without him, and possibly Dawson, there's 5-0 written all over it at Anfield!

Others expressed my sentiment better on the OTT thread. I don't mind that they are strengthened, I don't like the double jeopardy of a penalty and a red card, but I think there have been many weaker red cards that are upheld on appeal across the league, and I just feel a bit of anti-blues vibe to it all. Whatever, it's done now. Just think it's strange they overturned this one.
TBH I felt a bit sorry for Sherwood after the match. I wasn't sure his comments after the match were wise but, frankly, after the way they capitulated with the third and fourth goals, something needed to be said. Maybe this will help the rest of their season and they'll take points off the other contenders for the top spot
